Once I've confirmed that you are happy with the finished product, I'll send through the final copy in both word and pdf formats. 

Honestly, this depends on the product purchased. For a CV, a cover letter or a profile piece, the standard is a week from when I receive your documents. However, I understand that sometimes your dream job will suddenly jump out at you with very little time to spare. If this is the case and you need something with a very short turnaround, please let me know at the time of purchase. Provided you are able to get me all of the required information straight away, I can try to meet your deadline for you.
